DES MOINES, Iowa (June 16, 2025)—EMC Insurance announced today that Brian Fuller has been named senior vice president – chief claims officer. In this role, Fuller will oversee claims, claims operations, and EMC Claims Solutions, a third-party administrator (TPA).
Fuller is a longtime EMC claims leader, most recently serving as vice president – claims programs. He joined EMC in 1998 as a claims adjuster in the subrogation unit, and has since made a lasting impact across many areas of EMC’s claims organization. This includes leading a regional claims operation from 2020 to 2022, where his vision led to significant improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of those teams. Most recently, Brian has been instrumental in shaping EMC's strategic direction and overseeing several mission-critical areas.

Brian holds a B.A. in Finance from St. Ambrose University and has earned his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.
