Our internship program, Experience EMC, is anything but conventional. You’ll be right in the heart of big projects, working with teams of passionate people and helping us innovate and drive meaningful change. High school interns

At EMC, high school students can get real-world experience before graduation (and get paid for it, too). Through our partnership with Des Moines Public Schools, juniors and seniors can explore what it’s like to work in the insurance industry.

Students will explore departments like Maintenance & Facilities, IT, and Claims, build useful career skills, and work alongside EMC professionals who are here to support them. It’s a chance to learn, grow, and see what’s possible in a people-first, inclusive environment.
