When an in-person visit isn’t necessary, our Risk Control team can connect with you virtually to review your operations and highlight potential risks. Guided through your smartphone, these surveys help us quickly assess lower-complexity or hard-to-reach locations.

If something needs a closer look, we’ll schedule an in-person visit to complete the evaluation. Virtual surveys help speed up turnaround, reduce disruption, and save time for both agents and policyholders.

Virtual surveys are commonly used for:

  • Smaller accounts with lower hazard profiles
  • Additional or hard-to-reach locations due to time or weather constraints
